As the PT Operations Manager for our St. Augustine location, Baley Hooper brings a decade of dedicated experience to the team. One of our longest-tenured employees, Baley’s journey with the company began in 2016 as a Physical Therapy Aide, eventually transitioning into a clinical role after earning an associate’s in science from Concorde Institute of Jacksonville. A certified Graston Technique Specialist (GTS), Baley balances clinical excellence with operational leadership to ensure every patient receives high-quality care. When he isn’t overseeing clinic operations, you can find him enjoying the St. Augustine outdoors—whether he’s on the golf course, out fishing, or spending time at the beach.
