I showed up on my first day feeling pretty anxious but was welcomed with open arms by Michael and the rest of the team. My learning was cultivated specifically to me and how I learn best. I really felt autonomous, but also supported and protected from making major mistakes. Everyone on the team, including the techs and other therapists, was extremely helpful. Overall, it was an awesome clinical experience.
