Rebound Rehabilitation is outpatient physical therapy clinic. We are currently looking for a Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant who wants to be part of experienced team of clinicians at our Orange Park, FL clinic.
Rebound Rehab has eleven locations offering physical therapy in Florida. We have the experience and training to treat any pain problem or rehabilitation need. We use hands-on treatment to re-establish correct postural alignment and specific exercise programs designed to maintain flexibility and strength. We don’t just treat pain, we show patients how to prevent it from coming back.
Compensation:
- $23-$25/hour

Full Job Details & Application:
Education: associate degree
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience working in an outpatient setting during clinic rotation or as a licensed PTA.
- Associate Degree from an APTA-accredited program.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Minimum 6 months of experience required in outpatient physical therapy settings.
- Manual Therapy experience preferred.
Skills:
- Ability to collect and organize assessment data under the guidance of a supervising Physical Therapist.
- Competence in delivering direct treatment (manual therapy, functional exercise) per plan of care.
- Strong documentation skills to track patient progress and outcomes.
- Ability to educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management strategies.
- Leadership skills to supervise Physical Therapy Aides effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Collect assessment data as part of the evaluation process as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Deliver quality direct treatment to patients as outlined by the supervising Physical Therapist, including manual therapy and functional exercise.
- Document patients' progress toward established goals and assist the Physical Therapist in measuring progress.
- Provide home exercises to patients and promote independence in self-management routines.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Aides to ensure quality treatment delivery.
